We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for an important technology company which works for the beauty hairstylist professional’s salons.


- Manage the direct salons and identify opportunities within other franchisee through the agreements in place for 2018

- Target the premium shops and build the distribution network to reach them

- Build the network of top stylists and train them.

- Define and implement the selling proposition for the salons owners

- Manage the trial with key influencers and follow up

- Define the activities plan to build the brand awareness in the professional channel

- Create the database of stylists and full CRM programme

- Coordinate the team to support with dedicated training session and 1to1 with salons

- Manage the P&L of the channel

- Provide constant feedback to the Head of Sales and Key Account Beauty consumer manager.

- Team working with Beauty Brand Manager to build the annual plan for the salons

- Work in team with PR to identify, build and implement the campaign for the top influencer stylist

- Provide if needed the assistance and contacts to customer service

• Strong business development or account management experience

• Provenience from a beauty professional company, hair care preference

• Proven delivery of sales targets and stretch goals

• Worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team

• Has been exposed to senior level account negotiations

• Evidence of Budget control and forecasting across multiple product lines

• Level of financial acumen and commercial awareness

• Working knowledge of the haircare professional channel, preference through distributors

• High level of communication skills both verbal and written

• English fluent level is mandatory

• Excellent relationship builder

• Excellent personal and business presentation skills

• Strong team player capable of motivating diverse teams

• Financial acumen
