RETAIL MANAGER for an International retail company
We are looking for a RETAIL MANAGER for an International retail company.

• Guarantee consistency of the Brand and the consumer experience in an Omni channel environment.
• Proactively ensure alignment between all Channels (Boutiques, CRC, e-Commerce and Trade)
• Ensure the implementation of a regular coaching
• Guarantee sharing of Best Practices in the Boutique network locally as well as on an international level
• Develop sales & profitability through the Boutique Network, according to Operational Plan (OP) targets
• Accountable for deployment of international projects and local initiatives.
"People and Organisation Development:
• Proactively ensure cross- functional alignment and communication
• Establish the appropriate organisation in line with Operational Plan (OP) and the International Retail Operational Guidance.
"Retail Development & Visual Merchandising:
• Responsible for the corporate consistency of the Visual Merchandising Guidance"
• Implement and follow up PFME budgets validated in the Operational Plan (OP) process, as well as Capex and Genex budgets in collaboration with F&C.
