We are seeking for a key account manager for a big client operating in the fashion industry.

The candidate has to ensuring the correct in store execution, set up, brand image and delivering premium levels of customer service for shoppers and maximizing the corner profitability.

Critical Results:

Understand the sell in & out & thru situation per door of our brand, actuals and historical vs all the Jeans Area and Key Competitors.
Create strong relationships with Jeans Area Manager and floor managers to ensure their best support for our brand in terms of location
Ensure the right assortment plan per door considering door geographical location, sales area, consumer type and Shop in Shop Characteristics.
Ensure an optimum stock of replenishment and seasonal products to maximize sell-out and sell trough, detecting stock outs and products needs and also detecting prices mistakes.
Collaborate with KAM in identifying risks and opportunities; store staff performance needs, assortment plan improvement, gaining space and improving location in floor, and providing solutions.
Drive category management per door, understand Best sellers and Worst sellers, sell-out per gender, product category and fits, analyze stock covers and stock turn, understand KPI's as conversion rate, UPT, VPT, ASP, etc.
Ensure the right Marketing and traffic buildings activities implementation in its doors.
Brand responsibilities: Brand presentation execution tracking and feedback. Product training and prescription.
POS responsibilities: BP execution driver. Spaces management optimization. Staff training. Inventory management and assortment optimization.

Minimum of 3 years experience working in retail as Store Manager/coordinator
Wide knowledge of major ka
Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative and creative individual with problem solving orientation
Fluency written and spoken English.
Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel.
Target-oriented and proactive
Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities, working well under pressure.
Willingness to work within flexible working hours if required
Availability to travel (90% of the time).
