Our client asked us to support them in the search for a Retail Operations Manager for France).
Manage our clients' shops chain of ownership, affiliation and franchising in French areas, with the responsability of the income statemen for DOS and sell out for franchising and affiliates
Define, within the business guidelines, the store merchandising plan, customizing them where necessary, and defining fixed and open to buy quotas;
Manage feeding store processes (what to enter, when etc. etc.), optimizing stocks and interfacing with the italian strucutre for seasonal insertions;
Align retail and visual merchandising policies, coordinating with the head office;
Propose and manage retail marketing actions;
Select and manage the staff on site, both for owner shops and also for the head office in France;
Ensure compliance with store service standards;
Bring the market specify back to the headquaters in order to align as much as possible with the market needs;
- Strong Retail experience in women’s apparel in France
- French Mother tounge
- Store management and opening experience
- strong with Retail KPI’s and CRM activities
- very good people skills
