E-Commerce Customer care specialist
For an important multibrand fashion / luxury reality, we are looking for a E-Commerce Customer care specialist for the Milan office
The profile, bilingual Italian / English, will be placed in in the E-commerce Team. She/He comes ideally from a previous experience in companies or communication agencies in the fashion sector and she/he has passion for fashion
He/she he will take care of customer assistance and she/he will be responsible in collecting and analyzing customer needs in order to improve pre and post sales processes on e-commerce platforms
In detail he/she will take care of:
- Data analysis
- Customer service via email, telephone, text message, chat in Italian and English.
- Support for sales activities and online team.
- Post-sale management, returns
- Invoicing, transport documents, tax documents.
- Anti-fraud supervision for the verification of online payments.
- Coordination with warehouses and logistics department, couriers and shipments.
- Proactive collaboration with colleagues in order to optimize customer management processes and internal procedures.
